Open your heart and your mind with this expanding group which meets monthly to participate and share knowledge, meditation, friendship and growth. We introduce a guest presenter each month to offer you a varied and interactive experience. You also have an opportunity to network your own business or interests with a diverse group of likeminded people.

Through Nia we integrate health and wellness of body, mind, emotions and spirit.
