There is a consciousness in our universe.  It is like an energetic force that moves in us, around us and through us.  It can't be felt or seen by most people but animals and children are usually aware of it.  Like the power of electricity, no one can see it they just know it exists.  When you flick the switch the power connects and the appliance comes to life. This consciousness works in exactly the same way.  When you allow the connection, flick the switch within you, let go the belief that you can't see it, so it does not exist.  This consciousness is LOVE.
