For this reason, we want to offer a Premium service that you can practice as often as you choose, at your convenience, so not only can you choose any or all of the LIVE Online classes, but you also get a selection of recorded sessions of varying lengths.
We want Premium Members to have the opportunity to maximise their time and effort with our program without it compromising your busy schedule.
As a bonus, you will also have access to some of the excerpts and interviews we have done, and will be continuing to update, on our upcoming book ‘Sexy at Sixty’. Personally, we think that in itself is worth the Premium Membership package, but we are a little biased!
Each month we will prepare and load new and exciting content, as well as classes, for the Premium Members. You will have your own unique password so that you are exclusively able to access the goodies inside!
We also offer a 30-minute coaching ONE on ONE lesson for each month that you are a Premium Member. You can ask questions regarding your physical practice or even some personal tips that might help you in your relationships, work, goals, dreams, whatever you feel is important to you.Wow!!
