Jacky has created a unique formula for stress and tension relief with the freeing movement of YOGA. Yoga has many benefits such as focus, concentration, mindfulness, flexibility and strength.

The TRE process may assist in decreasing the effects of chronic stress and unresolved trauma including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder – PTSD, without the need for talk therapy. Many students who attend our classes say they are constantly re-telling and re-experiencing their story – to counsellors, psychologists etc and they don’t want to keep reliving their trauma. We don’t need your story as sTREss Away is a somatic (body) process.

Many students tell us they no longer wish to continually take prescription meds as it prevents them from being themselves and may have unpleasant side effects. Most people are becoming aware that medication tends to mask the cause and treat the symptoms, rather than create a cure. We want to make it clear that we believe the conventional medical and health system has its place. Medical professionals who study for many years to earn their degrees are extremely dedicated and have the best interest of the patients in mind. However, we believe that sTREss Away used regularly may complement or reduce the need for medical intervention. Regular classes when you are healthy may assist in maintaining a physically flexible and strong body, and an alert and relaxed mind. Mindfulness happens simultaneously as the mind and body find harmony with each other.  If you have tried meditation and don’t seem able to quite get it, this combination may be a much easier way to find that alpha state and relax without needing more sleep.

The regular practice of sTREss Away helps to develop and maintain wellness. As we connect to our true selves through shedding the accumulation of past experiences, we start to find our innate happiness. Suddenly, what we saw as being lack, becomes abundance. Where we felt dislike and hatred, we organically shift to feelings of empathy and love.
