The founder of Network Spinal Chiropractic created SRI to support and enhance the benefits of Network Spinal Care.
There is a consciousness to every stage of our healing journey as described by Donald Epstein, the founder of NetworkSpinal Chiropractic and The 12 Stages of Healing. At some time in our lives, we can probably recognise every stage. Donny Epstein recognised specific movements and breath patterns occurring organically as he entrained his patients. Over time they became the 12 Stages of Healing as we now know them.
I offer these SRI sessions as they are a powerful healing modality when moving through various stages on our path to wellness. Many of the stages are organic and the early stages, once learned, may become your ‘go-to’, helping you to handle difficult situations when they show up effectively.
Jacky will
- Guide you through these 12 stages and explain the consciousness of each stage
- Give you notes so you may learn to practise at home
- Identify the stage you are experiencing, from your conversation, or from what is going on in your body
- Assist you in identifying the patterns in your body and where your nervous system may be activated.
Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. You will be lying on your back for this session.
