What is Usui Reiki Holy Fire III?

A Paradigm Shift with Reiki and Holy Fire®

Just when I believe the energy of Reiki is at its optimum, I receive an email from William Lee Rand, my Reiki Master in the USA, to say that the Holy Fire III® Upgrade is coming through.

Holy Fire is now an integrated part of the International Centre for Reiki Training (ICRT) program for Reiki. If you still wish to teach conventional Reiki, it is still available to you, but why would you when Holy Fire brings your consciousness to a whole new level? It channels through you in alignment with your Reiki energy. It purifies, it guides, it is gentle and profoundly powerful.  I made the decision a few years ago that I would teach Holy Fire Reiki.  I have completed four workshops with William Lee Rand which included spending a week with him at his home on Maui to be introduced to Holy Fire for the first time in a seven day Karuna Reiki Masters workshop. That was a wholly transforming experience, to say the least.

It has been a little challenging in Australia as none of the Reiki Australian organisations recognise William’s Holy Fire teachings even though he probably is the largest and most respected Reiki organisation in the world. I am not sure if any of them have even researched the concept of Holy Fire. So a small group of us are spreading the message of unification and love that is Holy Fire III® in Australia. It does not alter the Usui lineage or refute the original Reiki founder Mikao Usui. I still teach the style of Usui Reiki. I was heartened to hear Hyakuten Inamoto, a sectarian Buddhist and Reiki Master in Japan, say to me that he was looking forward to Holy Fire with William. If only our Australian organisations would explore it with the same open-mindedness and enthusiasm.

Spirit sent me some Reiki clients just before Christmas. One lady had been to me several times, some years ago, to heal her painful shoulder.  This time she came to me with pain and lack of movement on the other shoulder. In just one treatment her shoulder was on the mend.  She was so thrilled she brought her kids for Reiki emotional healing. She booked a full-day workshop with Gerry and me for her staff.  I believe that Holy Fire has quickened and intensified the healing process.   

Similarly, at my last Holy Fire® Reiki l and II training, the progress of the students was a little short of amazing.  They were confidently sending Distant Healing on day 2 and receiving channelled guidance about the people they were absently healing. People they had never even met!

There is profound and unexpected change now that I have completed the upgrade to Holy Fire III®. I have more clarity, inspiration and ideas flowing through me constantly. There is a change in my mood. I’m so much more positive in my thoughts and actions a lot more of the time. I am feeling energised. I am feeling more enthusiasm and optimism than I have felt in a very long time.

Holy Fire is a spiritual energy that creates wholeness through purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. It is included as part of our Usui Reiki classes and has also been added to Karuna Reiki® training.

Since 2020, William has taken all of his classes online only. As we still have an element of freedom in Australia, I am strongly guided to continue with face-to-face, hands-on training.  My daughter Amanda has become a sensational Holy Fire Reiki Healer and I will happily recommend her for your regular Reiki treatments. She also lives on the Sunshine Coast.
